These terms govern the use of felmorique.com and purchases from Felmorique. Effective October 27, 2026.
Store operator
The seller and website operator is Henan Shengda Tuo Technology Co., Ltd., trading as Felmorique, at the address below. Huang Peng is the Owner. Contact service@felmorique.com for assistance. These terms, product information and the linked Shipping, Return and Privacy Policies form the information for using our services.
Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate contact and delivery information. Do not interfere with security, misuse another person’s information, infringe intellectual property or upload harmful content. You must be legally able to enter a purchase agreement; a parent or guardian must handle purchases where appropriate. If you create an account, protect your credentials and tell us of unauthorized use.
Products & visual presentation
Our range focuses on art wall clocks. Images may include AI-generated design and styling visualizations rather than verified photographs of a manufactured item. Colors can vary by display and lighting. Props are not included unless expressly listed. A room visualization does not establish actual dimensions, material, movement type, noise level, accessories, certification or installation suitability. Ask about essential details before ordering. No text in these terms limits rights where goods differ materially from their description.
Prices, payment & order acceptance
Prices are in USD. Shipping and applicable taxes are shown at checkout. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout; do not assume an unlisted method is supported. You authorize the selected payment provider to process your purchase. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt, not unconditional acceptance of an erroneous or unavailable order. If an item is unavailable or a material price error occurs, we will contact you about correction or cancellation and refund payments for any canceled portion as required. We will not charge a changed price without your agreement.
Delivery, cancellation & returns
We currently ship to the United States. The Shipping Policy sets out rates, processing and transit estimates. The Return Policy explains the 30-day request window, international return address, postage and refunds. Contact us promptly to request an order change; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch. Mandatory cancellation and consumer remedies remain available.
Care & safe installation
Follow the instructions for the exact item. Select fixings suitable for the actual wall and product weight; consult a qualified installer when needed. Keep the clock securely mounted, away from falling hazards and unsuitable heat or moisture. Do not infer outdoor or bathroom suitability from styling images. Handle hands and decorative projections carefully. Follow the item’s power and battery instructions rather than guessing.
Content, third parties & privacy
Our original branding, text and visual content are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view them for personal shopping use; commercial reproduction requires permission or another lawful basis. Third-party links and payment services have their own terms and privacy practices. Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Responsibility & disputes
To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by misuse, unauthorized alteration or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Nothing excludes liability or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud or other non-excludable liability. We do not impose a blanket waiver of all product or service responsibility.
Governing law & changes
Subject to mandatory protections in the consumer’s place of residence, these terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes may be brought before the competent courts at the company’s location in Zhengzhou, Henan, without restricting any mandatory jurisdiction or consumer rights. Contact us first to seek a practical resolution. Updated terms apply prospectively unless otherwise required by law; the terms applicable to an existing order are those in force when the order was placed.
