Who is responsible

Henan Shengda Tuo Technology Co., Ltd., operating as Felmorique, is the controller responsible for the store’s handling of personal information. You can contact us at service@felmorique.com or the company address below. Shopify hosts our ecommerce services and also processes some information for its own purposes as described in its privacy notices.

Information & sources

We receive information you provide: name, delivery and billing details, email, phone when supplied, order details, support messages and any account preferences. Payment providers process payment credentials; do not send card details to customer support. We also receive transaction status, fraud prevention signals and delivery updates from service providers. Browser and device information, IP address, pages viewed and cookie identifiers may be collected through the services, subject to applicable consent and settings.

Why information is used

We use information to process orders and payments, arrange delivery and returns, respond to requests, maintain accounts when used, protect the store from fraud, meet tax and legal obligations and improve the shopping experience. Marketing emails are sent according to your choices and applicable law. Where a legal basis is required, processing may rely on contract performance, legal obligations, consent or legitimate interests balanced with your rights.

Service providers & disclosure

Information needed to operate the store is shared with Shopify, payment processors, fulfillment and delivery providers, IT and support services and advisers as necessary. We may disclose information to comply with law, protect rights or manage a lawful business transfer. Advertising or analytics technologies, if active, may disclose identifiers and activity to their providers subject to applicable law and your choices. We do not describe any particular advertising pixel as verified merely because Shopify supports it.

Cookies & marketing choices

Essential cookies support cart, checkout, security and preferences. Analytics and marketing cookies are governed by applicable consent controls. Use the cookie banner or the controls on Your Privacy Choices to manage available options. Unsubscribe using the link in a marketing email; transactional order messages may still be sent. Browser blocking or deletion of cookies can affect functionality. Where supported and legally required, recognized opt-out preference signals are respected.

Retention, international processing & security

We retain information as necessary for orders, support, tax and legal obligations, dispute resolution and legitimate operations; retention varies by record type and purpose. Data may be processed in China and other countries where Shopify and service providers operate, including countries with different privacy laws. Where required, appropriate contractual or other legal safeguards apply. Reasonable technical and organizational measures protect information, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

Your requests & rights

Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion or portability, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, or opt out of sale/sharing or targeted advertising where those concepts apply. Email service@felmorique.com with your request. We may verify identity proportionately and accept an authorized agent as required by law. We respond within applicable deadlines and do not discriminate for exercising rights. If a request is denied, contact us to appeal or complain. You may also contact the appropriate privacy regulator.

Children, links & updates

The store is intended for adult shoppers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has supplied information, contact us so we can review and delete it where required. Other websites have their own privacy practices.
